Mitch Reitman is setting up the schedule for the registration table on the day of the event. Much of the registration data has already been collected when attendees completed the online registration form. It will still be nice to have some people at the table to greet former employees and distribute name tags and event bracelets.

We would like to staff the table in one hour shifts (you are welcome to take more than one shift). We would like to have at least two people on every shift so that there will be someone to talk to. It was fun in 2015, you can meet some interesting people. We will see if I can get in the park to set up before 10 am so that we can have an active table from 10 am until 5 pm. We will then close it up and head to the pavilion.

People will also be dropping by the registration area to visit with other attendees, so registration workers are in the center of the event.

Mitch will being suppling a couple of laptops from his office and I will bring along a printer to print certificates (longest working, longest marriage, etc..) to be presented during the program.

To volunteer, please email Mitch at MReitman@Reitman.US and give him your first second and third shift choices. He will send out a draft schedule and will make changes next week as needed.
