   If you are registered for the 2006 45th Anniversary opening Ceremony, you should have received your instruction Email by this time.

    We did have some bounces, as well as trouble with AOL accounts. I have posted the instructions in case you did not get the instruction email.

      All former employees attending should enter through the security gate on the Northwest side of the park off of Copeland road. Do not enter through the guests’ toll plazas.  The Security Guard will have a
list of the registered former employees. When you give him your name, he will direct you to the parking area to be used by all of the former employees. You will not have to pay for parking, but there will be no trams. If you are bringing small children or have trouble getting around, you may want to plan accordingly.

      The names will be checked as your vehicle enters the park. So, each of your guests needs to arrive in the same vehicle that you arrive in.

      After you park, make your way to the current employee entrance. Many of you don’t know where the current employees enter, but it isn’t difficult to find. It is to North side of the Administration building.
It is located between the administration building and the last wardrobe building.  Just keep heading towards the Administration building and you will find it.

      The Security Guard at the Entrance will also have a list of the names. After your name is confirmed, you will enter through the metal detectors used by the employees.  There will be an assembly point inside the security gate where we distribute the t-shirts and gather.  You should be able to see everyone gathering from the entrance.  Everyone will then walk up to the Star Mall to our assigned position for the ceremony.  We will not be entering through the ticket plaza.

       In order to get the T-Shirts distributed, and everyone in position in time for the ceremony, we need to meet at 8:30 a.m.

       After the ceremony, everyone will be free to visit the park for the remainder of the day. The park closes at 6:00 p.m. We are looking into having a meeting place where everyone can gather and talk. You can check at sfot.net for further details. If we get something arranged, we will send another message.
